Job Title: Staff Pharmacist

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly Rate: $65-$75
Signing Bonus: $15,000 (1-year commitment) or $25,000 (2-year commitment)
Vacation: 2–3 weeks annually
About the Position:
We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Staff Pharmacist to join our growing pharmacy team in Elliot Lake ON, This position offers a valuable opportunity to make a meaningful difference in a community with notable healthcare needs, within a collaborative, team-focused environment that emphasizes patient-centered care.
Pharmacy Details:
Our team includes 1–2 Pharmacists and 4-5 Pharmacy Assistants, processing 200–300 prescriptions daily. We enjoy strong support staff and efficient systems that promote smooth operations and excellent service delivery.

Opioid Agonist Therapy (OAT)
MedsCheck Services
Minor Ailments Prescribing
Travel Health Consultations
Blister Packaging
Immunizations & Vaccinations
Primary Duties:
Deliver outstanding pharmaceutical care and comprehensive patient education
Provide clinical services such as OAT, minor ailments, and vaccinations
Collaborate with pharmacy staff to ensure effective daily operations
Adhere to provincial regulations and uphold professional standards
Foster a warm, patient-focused atmosphere
Requirements:
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) as a Pharmacist in Ontario
Strong communication and patient interaction abilities
Prior experience with OAT and clinical services is an asset
