Do you love the smell of freshly baked cakes, the buzz of a fun and creative space, and the thrill of running the show? We're opening a new Bakebe store and looking for a passionate, organized, people-savvy Store Manager to lead our team and bring our brand to life!
What You’ll Do:
- Lead day-to-day operations of the store—staffing, inventory, scheduling, and customer experience
- Manage a team of cake creatives and ensure every customer leaves with a smile (and a cake!)
- Maintain the Bakebe vibe—clean, creative, organized, and Instagrammable
- Collaborate with marketing and events to promote in-store activities and seasonal promos
- Troubleshoot challenges and always be 3 steps ahead
Who You Are:
- 2+ years of experience in retail, hospitality, or food service management
- Passionate about customer service and team leadership
- Super organized, detail-oriented, and tech-friendly
- Love creativity, DIY culture, and sweets (bonus if you love pink too!)
- Able to work flexible hours, weekends, and holidays
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
