Simplechic Jewelry is a fast-growing Canadian jewelry brand. Currently, we have six storefronts at CF Toronto Eaton Center, CF Chinook Mall, Market Mall, Cross Iron Mills, West Edmonton Mall, and South Gate Center. We plan to open more locations in the future.
We need a few part-time Brand Ambassadors to help us with our daily operations.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and direct customers
- Perform Permanenet Jewelry service.
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Ensure racks are fully stocked
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Coordinate with the Retail Sales Representatives team to provide excellent customer service (especially during peak times)
- Inform customers about discounts and special offers
- Provide customer feedback to the Store Manager
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate or similar role.
- Basic Handcraft Skill
- Able to work multiple locations in Calgary
- Understanding of the retail sales process
- Familiarity with consumer behavior principles
- Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures
- Basic math skills
- Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
- Ability to perform in fast-paced environments
- Retail experience or related field is a plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.60-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
