BUILD your future with us!
At Habitat for Humanity Newfoundland and Labrador ReStore, every item donated, every purchase made, and every volunteer hour contributed helps build affordable housing opportunities for families across our province. By giving quality items a second life, we also help keep thousands of usable goods out of landfill every year. It’s retail with a purpose — where community impact and environmental sustainability come together every single day.
The Role
We are currently looking for a Warehouse & Production Lead to help oversee the day-to-day flow of our warehouse and donation processing operations. This is a hands-on operational role for someone who takes pride in organization, problem-solving, efficiency, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced environment.
The Warehouse & Production Lead plays a key role in ensuring incoming donations are processed efficiently, warehouse operations remain organized and safe, and products move smoothly from donation intake to the sales floor. While this is not a management position, the successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of warehouse workflow, coordinate priorities, and delegate tasks appropriately when assistance is available.
This role is ideal for someone who is dependable, proactive, physically capable, and comfortable balancing operational demands with strong customer and donor service.
