Overview
Brooklyn Construction is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of residential and commercial construction projects. In this role, you will assist with project scheduling, documentation, and communication while helping ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Duties
- Assist with planning, scheduling, and coordinating construction projects.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, and project records.
- Review construction drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate communication between project managers, contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular status updates.
- Support cost tracking, budgeting, and project administration.
- Schedule meetings and assist with project planning activities.
- Ensure company procedures and safety requirements are followed throughout project execution.
Experience
- Previous experience in project coordination, construction administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Basic understanding of construction processes and project management principles.
- Ability to read construction drawings and project documentation is an asset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with construction management software is an advantage.
- Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Pay: $47,827.82-$81,587.75 per year
