About the Role
As a Parking Administrative Assistant | Customer Experience Representative, you'll play an important role in supporting our daily operations and delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You'll work closely with customers, field operations, and internal teams to resolve inquiries, coordinate operational activities, and ensure our parking programs run smoothly. Every day presents new challenges, opportunities to learn, and ways to make a positive impact.

What You'll Do
- Deliver exceptional customer service by phone, email, and in person.
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, empathy, and efficiency.
- Support customers with parking products, permits, payments, and general information.
- Complete administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, and documentation.
- Coordinate with operational teams to resolve customer concerns and support daily operations.
- Utilize multiple software platforms and technology tools to manage customer information and operational processes.
- Maintain accurate records while ensuring attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and contribute ideas that enhance the customer experience.
- Work independently while collaborating with a supportive, engaged team.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience (call centre or high-volume customer service preferred).
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, and Word).
- Experience working with multiple software applications simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and analytical abilities.
- Administrative experience is considered an asset.
- Experience in parking, transportation, healthcare, logistics, or service industries is beneficial but not required.
