Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Sports Physician to join our dynamic Sports Injury Clinic. Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of athletes and active patients presenting with sports-related injuries or conditions.
- Develop personalized treatment plans that include acute care, pain management strategies, and rehabilitation protocols.
- Perform medical procedures such as medication administration, wound care, and joint injections as needed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including physiotherapists, orthopedic specialists, and trainers to optimize patient recovery.
- Collect and analyze data related to injury patterns, treatment outcomes, and patient progress to inform best practices.
- Maintain detailed medical records using electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation.
- Educate patients on injury prevention techniques, lifestyle modifications, and home care routines to promote long-term health.
Qualifications
- Medical degree with specialization in sports medicine or related fields; valid medical license required.
- Prior hospital experience with exposure to acute care settings is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in pain management, pediatrics, and patient care within a sports or outpatient clinic environment.
- Proficiency in medical terminology along with familiarity with electronic health record systems such as Epic or Cerner.
- Experience in research activities related to sports injuries or rehabilitation is a plus.
- Knowledge of medication administration protocols and home care practices for injury recovery.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to educate patients effectively about their treatment plans.

Pay: $50,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
