Responsibilities
- Perform maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on industrial equipment, including cranes, forklifts, and loading dock systems.
- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and cranes safely and efficiently.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and schematics to diagnose issues and implement solutions.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of service tasks.
- Maintain detailed service records and report on equipment status.
- Assist in assembly and installation of new systems when required.
- Adhere to safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client concerns professionally.
Qualifications
- Proven experience with industrial equipment maintenance or similar technical roles.
- Strong mechanical knowledge and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and schematics.
- Experience operating heavy machinery such as forklifts, excavators, or cranes.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on safety and efficiency.
- Good communication skills for customer interaction and team collaboration.
- Valid certifications related to heavy equipment operation or technical repair are preferred.
