Commercial Floor Covering contractor looking for a full-time Sales/Project Manager.
What You’ll Do:
- Drive sales by promoting our solutions within your assigned territory.
- Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare estimates and proposals using construction drawings and specs (e.g., PlanSwift, Excel).
- Oversee projects, coordinating suppliers, installers, and schedules.
- Manage budgets and timelines, thriving under tight deadlines.
What You Bring:
- Experience in construction, with the ability to read blueprints and specs. (Mandatory)
- Flooring or interior finishes experience; sales, negotiation, or closing skills; Bachelor’s degree.
- Familiarity with estimating software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanSwift).
- Daily access to a reliable vehicle for site visits.
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working independently.

- Base salary: $50,000/year, plus commission/profit sharing (top performers earn $110,000–$150,000+ annually, but the potential is unlimited).
