We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Sous Chef to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership, restaurant management experience, and a passion for food preparation and service. As a key member of our kitchen staff, the Sous Chef will assist the Head Chef in overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and hospitality. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone with extensive kitchen experience and a commitment to excellence in the food industry.
Responsibilities
- Leading and executing our culinary program
- Oversee food handling, safety, and sanitation procedures
- Scheduling, ordering and inventory management
- Mentoring, hiring and training
- Achieving BREWHALL's goals and visions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen environment at all times

- 6 months -1 year experience in a Sous Chef or similar role
- Strong background in food preparation and cooking
- Excellent written and oral communication skills

- Basic Excel knowledge
