We are looking for a Service Manager who can lead our department with structure, accountability, teamwork, and a focus on continuous improvement. Must have experience in the automotive industry.
The right person will focus on:
- Providing strong leadership, organization, coaching, and daily support for the entire service team
- Creating a positive team culture while holding people accountable to high standards
- Reviewing performance, identifying opportunities, and making decisions that improve results
- Managing key areas including customer satisfaction, productivity, efficiency, profitability, retention, expenses, processes, and overall department performance
- Building strong relationships with all departments. Focus on communication and teamwork to deliver the best customer experience
- Taking ownership of customer concerns by ensuring they are properly prioritized, followed up on, and handled with care
- Leading by example every day through communication, accountability, and a commitment to helping the team and dealership continue to improve
We are looking for someone who understands that a successful service department is built through great people, great processes, strong leadership, and attention to the details that drive results.
Pay: $120,000.00-$130,000.00 per year
