What you'll do
- Embrace the full recruitment journey, from start to finish.

- Work as part of a supportive team of recruiters and business development managers who specialize in promoting top-tier Accounting and Finance professionals, both in leadership and specialist roles.
- Source and form your own long-lasting relationships with diverse, highly technically-skilled candidates who are on the hunt for their next great role.
- Your ability to create meaningful bonds with candidates will ensure a top-notch people experience, guiding them through the process with expertise and care.
- You'll bring valuable market intelligence and insights to the table, advising and influencing internal partners and clients on the right candidate experiences for them.
- Deliver on critical finance projects and high-stakes leadership hires.
Who you are
- You have a proven track record of sourcing and engaging passive candidates across a variety of roles and functions.
- You know recruitment is all about connections. Your ability to build rapport with candidates allows you to develop long-term relationships that lead to repeat business.
- You're not just filling roles; you're crafting a pipeline of top-tier talent that keeps our organization thriving. You'll develop innovative sourcing strategies that help you exceed your recruitment goals.
- Prior staffing agency experience is considered an asset, and candidates with a sales background are highly encouraged to apply
Must haves
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience, ideally within an agency or fast-paced tech environment.
- Willingness to learn and succeed in a fun, supportive, fast-moving environment
- Excellent, easy, human communication skills
- Ability to work a hybrid schedule if located in Toronto, fully remote for candidates outside of the GTA
- Fluency in French highly preferred, but not required
