About the Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be a key point of contact for our customers, supporting order management, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
In this role, you will work cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, and internal teams to support customer needs, resolve issues, and contribute to long-term customer satisfaction and retention in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
What You’ll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and other channels in a timely and professional manner
- Manage order entry, tracking, and customer records within CRM systems
- Support customers with product inquiries, issue resolution, and order-related questions
- Investigate and resolve customer concerns, ensuring a high level of satisfaction
- Partner with sales, finance, and warehouse/logistics teams to resolve customer issues
- Follow up with customers as needed to confirm resolution and maintain strong relationships
- Contribute to process improvements and share customer feedback to enhance service delivery
What You Bring
- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Customer Service, Supply Chain, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2–4 years of experience in a customer service, order management, or customer support role (B2B or B2C)
- Experience handling high-volume customer interactions via phone and email
- Experience with order entry, order tracking, and issue resolution processes
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across functions (e.g., sales, logistics, finance) to resolve customer issues
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- High attention to detail with accuracy in data entry and order processing
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems (experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is an asset)
- French/English bilingual skills are considered an asset
The base salary range for this position is $65,000-$70,000 annually, depending on experience, skills, and qualifications. This represents base salary only and does not include other components of our total compensation package, which may include an annual bonus and other incentives. Additional details regarding total rewards will be discussed with candidates who move forward in the recruitment process.
