Precision Castparts Corp. (PCC) is a leading worldwide, diversified manufacturer of complex metal components and products. It serves the aerospace, power, and general industrial markets. PCC is the market leader in manufacturing large, complex structural investment castings, airfoil castings, and forged components used in jet aircraft engines and industrial gas turbines. We current have an opportunity for a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our PCC Concord Ontario Team. We are looking for a Team player, who takes pride in delivering quality work and providing exceptional results for our customers.
Responsibilities & Duties
· Enter and manage customer orders in the system (ERP)
· Confirm pricing, quantities, and delivery timelines with customers
· Coordinate with production and planning teams on order status and lead times
· Coordinate with Shipping department for incoming and outgoing orders
· Provide updates on delays, backorders, or inventory shortages
· Track shipments and provide customers with delivery information
· Ensure items received are accurate and matches PO
· Set up customers and vendors in ERP system
· Coordinate with Inventory Purchaser
· Handle customer complaints related to quality, shortages, or late deliveries
· Work with internal teams (production, warehouse, quality) to resolve issues
· Process returns, credits, and order changes where required
· Maintain accurate records of customer communication and order details
· Other duties as assigned
Qualifications & Experience
- 1–3 years of customer service experience (manufacturing or supply chain environment preferred)
- Experience working with ERP systems
- Strong attention to detail (especially with orders, SKUs, and quantities)
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
- Good communication skills — able to deal with both customers and internal teams
