Barrie Painting and Staining, a painting contracting business in the Barrie/Innisfil area is looking for a HARD WORKING and DEDICATED individual to take on a role as a Production Manager. Production managers are responsible for a large amount of the business' day-to-day operations and managing production staff.
Production Oversight:
- Manage multiple crews of painters, ensuring optimal performance and adherence to quality standards.
- Coordinate and oversee all aspects of the painting process, from surface preparation to final finishes.
Supply Chain Management:
- Order and stock painting supplies, ensuring crews have the necessary tools for seamless project execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock.
Client Communication:
- Communicate scheduling and progress updates with clients, providing a transparent and positive experience.
- Address client concerns and inquiries promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Team Scheduling:
- Schedule painters into shifts, optimizing manpower to meet project timelines.
- Coordinate with teams to ensure efficient workflow and productivity.
Project Coordination:
Oversee project timelines, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and within budget
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the painting or construction industry.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively with the team.
