Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and personable Clubhouse Manager to oversee daily operations at our club facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a welcoming environment for members and guests, manage staff, and maintain high standards of service. Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of clubhouse staff to ensure smooth daily operations
- Greet members and guests, providing excellent customer service and addressing inquiries or concerns
- Manage guest services, including reservations, event planning, and special requests
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and balancing registers
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse facilities to uphold quality standards
- Assist in planning and executing clubhouse events or activities to enhance member engagement
- Monitor inventory levels for supplies and coordinate with vendors as needed
- Enforce safety policies and ensure compliance with health regulations
Qualifications
- Proven experience in hospitality, customer service, or guest services roles
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage staff effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with members and team members
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly
- Organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous experience in club or recreational facility management is a plus
- A friendly, professional demeanor with a passion for delivering outstanding guest experiences
Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
