Martin's Tree Service is growing, and we're looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our award-winning team.
This isn't cold calling or knocking down doors. Our office generates qualified leads, and you'll be meeting homeowners and property managers who have already requested our expertise.
What You'll Do:
Visit customers and provide professional tree care recommendations Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on opportunities
Coordinate schedules with crews and customers Guide clients through the entire process from first meeting to completed job
Deliver an exceptional customer experience that earns 5-star reviews
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Self-motivated and organized Comfortable working independently and outdoors
Experience in sales, construction, landscaping, arboriculture, or customer service is an asset Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities

$65,000+ annual salary, depending on experience
