Bearspaw Contracting is looking for 4 people to join our Janitor Division. This position will start as on-call can transition to full time, 4 on/4 off, or Monday to Friday morning or evening rotations. We also allow for individualized scheduling as well. These positions can range from 8 to 12 hour days, with flexible days off/vacation time available.
We will provide all on site training, mine site orientation, and a positive and enjoyable workplace environment. The position will require some lifting, walking in and outdoors at times, an ability to work in a team environment and pride in their work. The job will involve, sweeping, mopping, cleaning of office areas, break rooms, washrooms, dry's, and various walkways. Some positions will also involve travelling through active mining areas.
Benefits are available after 3 months of full time employment. There is also a Bonus program in place.
