Goodman, Elbassiouni LLP is a plaintiff personal injury law firm located in Toronto. We are seeking to hire an experienced and dedicated tort law clerk to join our expanding legal team.
Job description
The successful candidate should possess the following qualifications:
- 3-5 years of law clerk experience in tort matters
- Experience in drafting pleadings, preparation of Affidavit of Documents and other court documents, undertakings and productions
- Proficiency with the Rules of Civil Procedures
- Familiarity with serving and filing Motion Records
- Exceptional communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a large volume of documents, prioritize and meet strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail
- Experience working with FileVine (an asset)
- Completion of an accredited Law Clerk program (an asset)
- Salary will commensurate with experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
