Who We Are Looking For
Field Service Technician – Full Time
We’re expanding our team and looking for a Field Service Technician who’s ready to take on diverse, meaningful work. You’ll be servicing equipment that keeps modern society running—water systems, pumps, motors, and critical infrastructure. It’s hands‑on, impactful, and sometimes challenging, but incredibly rewarding.
We’re open to candidates from a variety of technical backgrounds. If you bring curiosity, adaptability, and a strong work ethic, we’ll help you grow into the role. Extra consideration goes to those with field experience or trade certifications.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Install and service motors and pumps
- Provide technical support directly to customers
- Assist with shop fabrication projects
- Maintain accurate service records and maintenance logs
- Follow company procedures and safety standards
- Travel for occasional out‑of‑town or overnight work
- Use specialty tools and equipment (all provided by Delta)
- Receive site‑specific safety training as needed
What You Offer
- A clean Class 5 driver’s license
- Strong customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude
- High motivation, professionalism, and a team‑first mindset
- A strong focus on safety and attention to detail
- Mechanical troubleshooting ability across a wide range of equipment
- Physical ability to maneuver up to 125 lbs
- Bonus points for skilled trades tickets (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Electrical/controls knowledge or electrical safety training is a definite asse
