Job Overview:
We are seeking a professional, friendly, and reliable Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and customers, providing exceptional customer service while supporting daily administrative operations, and collaborating with our Sales and Service teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and assist as necessary
- Maintain a professional and organized workspace
- Answer phones on a multi-line system and re-direct as required,
- Processing Credit card payments
- Assisting customer pick up orders
- Service equipment intake
- Assist with Customer call backs
- Data entry and service writing
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Supporting office operations with administrative tasks such as filing, maintaining records and basic data entry,
- Monitoring office supplies, placing orders as needed and tracking inventory to avoid shortages
- Communicating with the internal Sales and Service teams as well as external contacts to improve daily operations and resolve inquiries
- Adhering to security protocols and managing visitor logs
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence.
- Proficiency in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing customer information and orders
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage last-minute changes efficiently.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Able to collaborate effectively within a team-based work environment.
- Exemplary telephone etiquette with well-developed interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to handle client interactions and professional correspondence.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for managing customer information and orders

This is an entry-level position and training will be provided for the right candidate.

Pay: $40,000.00-$44,000.00 per year
