We are currently seeking experienced, reliable Wedding Servers to join our events team for the upcoming wedding season.
Position Overview
As a Wedding Server, you will be an essential part of delivering an exceptional guest experience. You will work closely with event captains, chefs, and fellow servers to execute elegant, smooth, and well-timed service in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in hospitality, enjoy special events, and take pride in polished presentation and attentive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide professional, warm, and attentive service to wedding guests
- Assist with event setup and teardown, including tables, linens, place settings, and décor elements
- Serve plated meals, family-style dishes, passed canapés, and buffet service as directed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas throughout the event
- Clear tables efficiently and discreetly
- Communicate effectively with captains, kitchen staff, and fellow servers
- Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly and courteously
- Uphold company standards for presentation, timing, and service quality
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous serving experience required (wedding, fine dining, or upscale events preferred)
- Strong understanding of professional service standards and etiquette
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Calm, positive attitude in high-pressure environments
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- Reliable transportation to and from venues
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
- Smart, polished appearance and commitment to grooming standards
Scheduling & Availability
- Primarily weekends (Friday–Sunday), with occasional weekday events
- Shifts typically range from 6–12 hours
- Must be punctual and reliable for early arrivals and late finishes
