At the Kitch'inn Hospitality Group, we’re looking for someone who can keep up with the pace of busy restaurants, care deeply about consistency, and bring a little personality to the pass. You’ll be making the kind of pastries and baked goods people come back for on purpose.
What you’ll do:
- Bake pastries, breads, and sweets to spec.
- Keep quality high and the station spotless.
- Manage prep, proofing, and bake schedules.
- Work with the team to keep service smooth.
- Bring ideas, energy, and excellent taste.
