Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations . The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and a proven ability to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. This role requires strategic thinking, excellent communication, and organizational skills to ensure the company meets its business objectives while maintaining a positive environment for staff and customers alike. The General Manager will be responsible for managing teams, optimizing overall performance, and implementing effective marketing and sales strategies.
Duties
- Lead and supervise all site operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and staff performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Oversee merchandising, pricing, and promotional activities to maximize profitabil
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism using excellent phone etiquette.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, leadership, and organizational skills among staff.
- Train Staff on equipment and equipment maintenance
- Complete servive logs for vehicles and equipment
Experience
- Proven management experience with a strong background in management or sales management roles.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience overseeing teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Skills in negotiation, merchandising, pricing strategies, and marketing are highly desirable.
- Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills and time management capabilities.
- Farmilar with construction and maintenance industry
- Prior experience in training & development programs to enhance team performance is advantageous.
- Carry a valid Class 1 or 3 with air endosrment.

Pay: $62,400.00-$72,800.00 per year
