About the Role
Cafe Guido and G2 Drive-Thru are hiring Baristas to join our fun, fast-paced team! If you love coffee, take pride in great service, and enjoy working with people, this could be the perfect role for you.
You’ll be the first point of contact for many of our guests, helping set the tone for a friendly, efficient, and welcoming experience, whether it’s their morning coffee or a midday bite. Your ability to stay composed and focused in a busy environment will play a key role in ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Prepare espresso, tea, and specialty drinks to recipe standards
- Greet customers and take orders with a positive attitude
- Operate the POS system and handle transactions accurately
- Prepare and serve food items (wraps, salads, paninis, desserts)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all work areas
- Follow food safety and sanitation protocols
- Monitor product levels and prepare items in advance to meet demand
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the day to keep service running smoothly
- Support teammates and follow direction from supervisors
- Help contribute to a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment
What We’re Looking For

- A team-focused mindset and willingness to jump in where needed
- Strong time management skills and ability to stay focused under pressure
- Attention to detail in both food and drink preparation
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Comfortable in a busy, fast-paced setting
- Food Safe Level 1 or equivalent (or willingness to obtain within 3 months)
- Weekend availability required
- Prior experience in food service or customer service is a bonus—but not required! We’ll provide full training.

Schedule
- Day shifts; could be scheduled between 5am and 630pm
- 4-hour, 6-hour, and 8-hour shifts
- Weekend and holiday availability required - one weekend day and rotating holiday coverage expected
- Full-time and part-time positions available
