We are seeking a temporary Psychologist to join our Health & Safety team in Edmonton, Alberta. This role is crucial in providing psychological support and assessments to ensure the well-being of employees. The Psychologist will work on a contractual and casual basis, contributing to a safe and healthy work environment while addressing mental health concerns and promoting overall employee welfare.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees.
- Provide individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health issues.
- Develop and implement mental health programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with HR and management to create a supportive workplace culture.
- Offer guidance and support to employees dealing with stress and workplace challenges.
- Maintain accurate and confidential records of assessments and therapy sessions.

Qualifications:

Master's degree in Psychology or a related field.
- Registered or eligible for registration with a relevant professional body in Canada.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical or organizational psychology setting.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues in the workplace.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in using psychological assessment tools and techniques.
