What You'll Do
- Lead simple games and activities
- Play and interact with children
- Help kids and parents remember your name as a friendly familiar face
- Provide excellent customer service at the front desk
- Operate the POS system and process admissions
- Answer phone calls and assist with bookings and inquiries
- Support birthday parties and special events
- Keep the play area and entire facility clean, organized, and presentable throughout the day
We're Looking For Someone Who：
- Candidates with previous work experience in customer service or childcare environments more than 2 years
- Loves working with kids
- Caring about cleanliness and keeping the space tidy
- Outgoing, energetic, and positive
- Confident talking with kids and parents
- Takes initiative and doesn't wait to be told what to do
- Comfortable being active throughout the shift
- Isn't afraid to dance, laugh, or be a little silly
Bonus Qualifications
- Available at least 2 weekdays in addition to weekends
- Sales or customer service experience
- Comfortable appearing in social media content
Schedule
- Weekend & Holiday availability is required
- Minimum 10–16 hours every weekend
- Additional weekday shifts available
Pay: From $16.00 per hour
