Technical Services Representative (CGSB Level II NDT) – Mining & Industrial Services

We're looking for an experienced CGSB Level II NDT Technician who wants to do more than perform inspections.
As our Technical Services Representative, you'll be the face of the company in both the shop and the field. You'll deliver high-quality NDT services while building customer relationships, identifying opportunities, and helping grow our business.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with customers, understands heavy industrial equipment, and recognizes opportunities to provide additional value.
What You'll Do
- Perform CGSB Level II NDT inspections (MT, PT, UT, VT).
- Inspect heavy mining equipment, rotating equipment, structural steel, fabricated components, and weld repairs.
- Prepare accurate inspection reports and recommendations.
- Work closely with customers to understand maintenance and repair requirements.
- Identify opportunities for additional inspections, machining, welding, field services, balancing, alignment, rotating equipment repairs, and other industrial services.
- Develop new customer relationships while strengthening existing accounts.
- Generate leads, follow up on opportunities, and assist with quotations.
- Work with operations to convert opportunities into completed work.
- Represent the company professionally at customer sites.
- Maintain inspection equipment and meet all company and client safety requirements.
What You Bring
Required
- CGSB Level II Certification (MT, PT, UT, VT or combination)
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently
- Professional, customer-first attitude
Preferred
- Experience in mining, oil sands, or heavy industrial maintenance
- Heavy equipment or rotating equipment inspection experience
- Mechanical trade or maintenance background
- ET, PAUT, TOFD or CWB certifications
- Existing industry contacts are considered an asset

Pay: $125,000.00-$150,000.00 per year
