As a vital member of the GRETA team, your role as a Dishwasher is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen and the delivery of exceptional guest experiences. DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Anticipate co-workers' needs to enhance guest experiences

Execute opening and closing procedures to maintain kitchen and dish area efficiency

Collaborate with the team to uphold cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards

Operate commercial dishwashing equipment to clean dishes, glassware, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in a timely and sanitary manner.

Ensure all items are properly washed, sanitized, dried, and stored according to food safety and health regulations.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dishwashing station, sinks, floors, and surrounding work areas at all times.

Assist with general kitchen cleaning duties, including taking out garbage and recycling, cleaning mats, walls, and drains as required.

Support kitchen operations by returning clean dishes and equipment promptly to ensure smooth service flow.

Follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace health and safety standards, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.

Report equipment issues, maintenance needs, or safety concerns to the Kitchen Manager or Supervisor promptly.

Assist with basic food prep or back-of-house tasks when required, based on operational needs.

Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and cleanliness standards.

Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house team members to support overall restaurant operations.
AVAILABILITY REQUIREMENTS

This role requires flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Typical shifts range between 4–8 hours and extend into late night hours.
