About the Role
As a Keyholder & Delivery Driver, you’re a frontline leader who helps keep the store running smoothly. You’ll support daily operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and complete safe, compliant deliveries. When scheduled, you’ll also take the lead on opening or closing the store — setting the tone for a great day.

What You’ll Do
Lead — Set the tone for great shifts
- Perform opening & closing duties following all compliance standards
- Support the team and help maintain a positive, collaborative environment
Grow — Build skills & cannabis knowledge
- Learn Ontario’s legal cannabis products and regulations
- Support inventory tasks, cash handling, and store operations
Belong — Create welcoming guest experiences
- Greet guests, answer product questions, and offer informed recommendations
- Maintain a clean, organized, hospitality‑driven store environment
Do Great Work — Deliver safely & professionally
- Complete delivery orders using a company vehicle
- Ensure accurate order handling, secure transport, and friendly customer interactions
- Follow all AGCO and company delivery regulations
What You BringRequired
- AGCO CannSell certification (before start date)
- 25+ years old (delivery compliance requirement)
- Valid Class G licence + clean 3‑year driver abstract
- Able to safely operate a vehicle and complete deliveries
- Criminal background check
- Flexible availability (evenings, weekends, holidays)
Preferred
- Experience in cannabis retail or a cannabis lifestyle brand
- 1 year customer service experience
- Supervising experience (asset, not required)
- Social media awareness
- Comfortable with Apple/iOS systems
- Strong team‑player mindset
Work Environment & Schedule
- In‑store at The WE Store Cannabis
- Mix of retail floor duties + on‑road delivery responsibilities
- Part‑time and full‑time roles available immediately
- Multiple openings in Sarnia and Windsor
