Overview
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Project Administrator & Client Coordinator & Expediter to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Assist with project management tasks, including tracking progress and ensuring timely completion of deliverables
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to facilitate smooth project flow
- Manage client accounts, maintaining accurate records and updating relevant information regularly
- Support customer relationship management efforts by responding to inquiries and providing updates on project status
- Utilize Salesforce and other SaaS tools to organize data, generate reports, and analyze project metrics
- Act as an expediter by monitoring project timelines, identifying potential delays, and proactively resolving issues
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support client onboarding and engagement initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs promptly and professionally
- Assist with financial analysis related to project budgets or client accounts as needed
- Contribute to team meetings by sharing insights, updates, and suggestions for process improvements
Qualifications
- Strong interest in project management, customer relationship management, and account coordination
- Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage effectively with clients and team members
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate meaningful insights
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms is preferred; experience with SaaS applications is a plus
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and financial services industry knowledge is advantageous
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning new skills
- Prior experience in customer service or related roles is beneficial but not required; training will be provided for all necessary tools and processes
