Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook food items according to established recipes and presentation standards.
- Maintain compliance with food safety, sanitation, and hygiene regulations.
- Ensure kitchen stations remain clean, organized, and properly stocked during shifts.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order preparation.
- Monitor inventory levels and communicate supply shortages to management.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and follow all workplace safety procedures.
- Assist with training and supporting new team members as needed.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a kitchen or food preparation role is preferred.
- Familiarity with common cooking techniques and kitchen operations.
- Understanding of safe food handling and sanitation practices.
- Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
