Eaglewood Cabinets is a growing cabinet company in Winnipeg specializing in high-quality kitchen cabinetry for homeowners, contractors, and renovation projects. We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.
Our cabinets feature:
- Oak doors with painted finish
- Plywood cabinet boxes
- Soft-close hinges and drawer slides
- Ready-to-build (RTB) cabinets
- 5-year warranty
- Winnipeg city-wide delivery

Responsibilities
- Greet and assist showroom customers
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable cabinet solutions
- Prepare quotes and follow up with leads
- Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, and designers
- Explain cabinet features, materials, and design options clearly
- Maintain organized customer records and sales follow-ups
- Support showroom merchandising and display organization
- Work with the team to achieve sales goals
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process
Qualifications
- Previous sales or customer service experience preferred
- Experience in kitchen cabinets, renovation, construction, or interior design is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Bilingual (English/Chinese) is an asset
- Experience using design software such as 2020 Design is a bonus
