You will join our Supply Chain and Operations team at our manufacturing facility in Cawston, BC.
You will work closely with Supply Chain, Receiving, Inventory, Machine Shop, Welding, Assembly, and Production leadership.

ROLE TITLE: Receiving & Inventory Coordinator
Role Summary
The Receiving & Inventory Coordinator manages the flow of incoming materials from truck arrival through receiving, verification, ERP entry, stocking, inventory placement, and delivery to production departments.
This role is hands-on.
You will unload shipments safely.
You will verify products against BOLs, purchase orders, and other documentation.
You will update ERP records accurately.
You will stock materials in the correct locations.
You will pull and deliver inventory to Machine Shop, Welding, and Assembly based on production schedules.
You will help keep the yard, storage areas, and waste areas safe, clean, and organized.
This role is critical to production flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Unload incoming shipments safely and efficiently.
- Verify received products against BOLs, purchase orders, and related documentation.
- Identify and help resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Update ERP records with accurate receiving and inventory movement details.
- Stock received products into designated inventory locations.
- Pull inventory for production according to schedules.
- Deliver materials to Machine Shop, Welding, Assembly, and other production areas.
- Maintain yard, storage, and waste areas to company safety and cleanliness standards.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on incoming shipments and delivery schedules.
- Support inventory accuracy through proper placement, tracking, and reconciliation.
- Help improve receiving, storage, delivery, and yard processes.
First 90 Days
In your first 90 days, you will focus on:
- Learning KGI’s receiving procedures.
- Building familiarity with ERP receiving and inventory functions.
- Learning inventory locations and storage systems.
- Establishing coordination routines with Supply Chain and production teams.
- Creating consistent delivery routines for production departments.
- Maintaining yard and storage areas to set standards.
Success Looks Like

- Incoming shipments are received safely and efficiently.
- Shipment documentation is verified accurately.
- ERP records are updated correctly and on time.
- Inventory is placed in the right location.
- Production materials are delivered when needed.
