Hotel 11 is a full service property minutes from the airport! As a member of our Guest Service team, you will positively represent the hotel during all stages of our guest’s stay. You will work with all departments to ensure each guest has a memorable stay. You are customer service orientated; treasure guests and your team members; and communicate the comfort and values of our property clearly. You are attentive to detail, and computer literate. You must be sales-minded, and know the location and types of available rooms as well as the amenities and features offered by the property. You understand and are capable of using all office equipment and common computer programs.
As Night Auditor, you will verify that all shift closeouts balance to Opera, First Data and Pixel Point. Verify guest’s method of payment and follow hotel procedure for specific reservations: ie. Direct Bill reservations, third party credit cards. You will audit all paperwork from hotel and restaurant and role the day forward.
You will work a mix of Guest Service Agent shifts (7 am - 3 pm, 3 pm - 11 pm) as well as Night Audit shifts (11 pm - 7 am).
Wage is based on experience with hotels/hospitality.
Pay: $15.50-$19.00 per hour
