Smoke Master Cigars is looking for a reliable, customer-focused Retail Associate to join our Mississauga team. We’re one of Canada’s fastest-growing cigar retailers, and we want someone who takes pride in delivering a great in-store experience while helping us maintain the high standards our customers expect.
You don’t need cigar experience - we can teach that - but you do need strong people skills, consistency, and the ability to learn quickly.
Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable customer service
- Assist customers in selecting cigars and accessories (training provided)
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment
- Assist with daily store upkeep, including dusting, sweeping, organizing displays, and maintaining showroom standards.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Restock shelves and rotate inventory in the humidor
- Support daily store operations and follow store procedures
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional work ethic
- Willingness to learn cigar knowledge quickly
- Weekend availability
- Retail experience is an asset
Additional Assets (Not Required)
If you have any of the following, it’s a bonus:
- Experience with Shopify POS
