Job Description:
APT is a Canadian family owned / operated business for over 45 years. APT Auto Parts has been providing quality aftermarket parts for the collision industry throughout Canada. We are currently seeking experienced and enthusiastic individuals to join our outstanding team of professionals in the position of Outside Sales Representative.
Outside Sales Representative will travel around their designated territory and is responsible for sourcing new business, meeting existing and potential clients to maintain relationships in the market. Outside Sales Representative will use a variety of marketing tactics such as face-to-face, over the phone, email, or cold calling.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism to portray the company in a positive manner
- Develop and build relationships with new accounts and develop additional contacts within existing accounts
- Analyze data to build a sales pipeline
- Develop new business leads
- Follow up on leads and conduct research to identify potential prospects
- Offer professional, effective, and efficient solutions for customer inquiries and concerns
- Handle customer concerns effectively
- Provide guidance on price competitiveness
- Ensure all communication with new or existing customers is entered into the companies CRM system
- Ensure all new or existing customer information is update and accurate in the companies CRM system
- Participate in trade shows, training, or associated product meetings when necessary
- Contribute to market penetration in your territory by learning and keeping up to date on your local industry information
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Review and adapt to changing information regarding product innovations, competitors, and market conditions
Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of computer programs such as Microsoft 365 and Outlook
- Ability to interpret and analyze sales data

Compensation:
Ranged from CA$65,000.00 - CA$80,000.00 per year (Based on Experience)
