About the Role
Homestar Inc. is looking for an energetic, results-driven, and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for clients looking for our home improvement and property services. We are looking for a motivated individual who loves connecting with people, effectively following up on leads, providing accurate quotes, and closing sales. Location: Quispamsis, New Brunswick, Canada
Position: Full-Time, Permanent
Eligibility: Canadian citizens, Permanent Residents, or individuals with a valid Canadian Work Permit.

What You'll Do
Working directly with our Sales Manager your focus will be on guiding potential clients from their initial inquiry all the way to a completed sale.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Speak with homeowners and local business clients to understand their needs, recommend the right Homestar services, and provide clear pricing quotes.
- Consistently follow up on open quotes to answer questions and overcome objections.
- Log client interactions, update deal statuses, and schedule follow-ups
- Provide a friendly, helpful experience for clients as you hand their project over to our operations team.
- Occasionally represent Homestar Inc. at local home shows, site visits, or community events.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to continuously identify ways to improve the customer journey.sharing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and process improvements.
- Build long-term trust with residential clients, property managers, and local businesses to secure repeat and referral business.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights on market trends, customer feedback, and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications:
- 1–3 years of experience in retail sales, inside sales, customer service, or a similar target-driven role.
- Prior experience or knowledge in construction is an asset.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills—you can easily build rapport and put clients at ease.
- Tech-savvy mindset with basic experience using CRMs, Microsoft Office, or sales software.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple client quotes and follow-ups daily.
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently to hit goals.
Preferred Experience:
- Prior experience or a strong interest in construction, home improvement, residential services, maintenance, or related industries.
Mandatory Requirements:
- Valid Class 5 Driver's License and a clean Driver's Abstract.
- Clean Criminal Record Check.
