We are seeking an IT Technician to work at our Bolton office and provide in-person visits at our clients’ locations. This position will ensure proper computer operations so that end users can accomplish their business tasks effectively. This includes actively resolving end-user help requests within established SLA’s (Service Level Agreements). Must have a valid driver’s license and a vehicle.
Job Responsibilities:
·First line support for inbound emails and calls directly from clients
·Ability to diagnose hardware and software problems, including repairs to various network devices as well as provide support
·Assist senior network technicians in installing various network hardware equipment
·Participate in client moves, additions, and changes to network and systems
·Monitor ticketing system to ensure timely resolution of issues as per client SLA and able to accurately log tickets and resolutions into help desk software management system
· Ability to resolve end-user issues, such as password resets, software/hardware questions, Internet connectivity, network configurations and end user tasks
·Leverage front-line client experience to identify sales opportunities

· Experience with Windows Server and Workstation
· Networking concepts
· Active Directory Management
· Hyper-V and VMware
· Microsoft Exchange/Office 365
· Ability to work under tight deadlines with strong multitasking skills
· Always maintain a high degree of professionalism, courteousness, and friendliness
· Excellent written, oral, and telephone communication skills
· Ability to communicate in user-friendly language
· Sound judgment to escalate issues to senior members within the organization

Credentials and Experience
College diploma or University degree in related Computer Science field
Working Conditions:
·Working in our Bolton office and travelling within the GTA
· Access to vehicle; clean driver’s license
· Manual dexterity required to use desktop computer and peripherals
· Ability to physically inspect equipment
· Able to lift at least 50 lbs.
· On call as required
· Overtime as required
Salary:
Starting at $45K, based on experience
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $45,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
