We're a residential and light commercial plumbing company based in Langley, serving Langley and the surrounding Lower Mainland, and we're growing our team. Our work covers service calls, renovations, repipes, and new construction. We're looking for a full-time, licensed plumber (Red Seal ticket required) to join us. A gas fitter ticket is a strong asset but not required.
Who We Are
We're a locally owned, family-run plumbing company serving Langley and the surrounding Lower Mainland. We're not a big corporate shop; it's a tight team where your work is noticed and your input matters. We're still growing, too, which means there's real opportunity here — more hours, more responsibility, and a real say in how we build our processes as we scale.
What You'll Do
- Work across a mix of service calls, renovations, repipes, and new construction — residential and light commercial
- Install, test, repair and maintain plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage/waste, and heating/fuel gas systems and fixtures
- Read blueprints, drawings and job notes to determine the layout of piping and fixtures
- Measure, cut, bend and thread pipe using hand and power tools
- Join pipe using couplings, soldering, brazing or welding as required
- Test completed systems for leaks using air and water pressure equipment
- Follow the B.C. Plumbing Code and all applicable codes and safety standards
- Provide clear job notes, photos, and materials-used records for each job
- Communicate with the office on any access issues, extra work, or customer concerns
- Prepare cost estimates when needed
What We're Looking For
- Red Seal plumbing certification (required)
- Gas fitter certification (preferred, not required)
- Legal authorization to work in Canada (required)
- Valid driver's license
- Comfortable with physical work: lifting, bending, crawling into tight spaces, and working from ladders or heights
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to code compliance
- Clear communicator, comfortable talking with customers and reporting back to the office
- Able to work independently and get the job done without direct supervision
- Reliable, takes ownership, and stands behind the quality of their work
Pay & Schedule
- Pay: $32–$48/hour, salary negotiable based on experience and certifications
- Full-time, 30–40 hours/week, with overtime possible depending on the week's workload
- Some on-call / emergency-response work may be available for those who want it
- Company van provided
- Extended health benefits after a 3-month period
