WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
Someone who can...
- Perform thorough post-construction and move-out/in cleans, including removal of dust, debris, and construction residue.
- Remove rough materials such as leftover paint splatters, adhesives, or drywall dust using (basic tools).
- Follow detailed checklists and client instructions to ensure a spotless finish ready for occupancy
- Maintain professional communication with BroomieCS management regarding project progress and issues.
- Manage time effectively to complete cleaning tasks within designated project timelines.
- Willingness to learn and work as part of a team.
- Must have own equipment, cleaning supplies for construction and move out cleans (or willing to get)
- Has their own vehicle and valid driver’s license to travel between job sites is a must.

QUALIFICATIONS:
✔ 2+ years of professional cleaning experience, ideally in post-construction or move-in/move-out projects.
✔ Strong attention to detail and thoroughness in removing dust, debris, and construction residue.
✔ Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and complete projects within designated timelines.
✔ Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques, including safe use of cleaning tools, equipment, and products suitable for post-construction environments.
✔ Ability to follow detailed checklists and instructions while also proactively identifying areas that need extra attention.
✔ Comfort with heavier cleaning tasks, such as scrubbing, scraping, or removing construction materials up to 30lb + for long periods of time.
✔ Own general liability insurance (or willingness to acquire).
✔ Cleaning equipment, and protective gear necessary for post-construction work.
