We are seeking experienced Family Physicians to join a premier private healthcare organization in the Greater Toronto Area. Job Summary
Role: Family Physician
Location: Greater Toronto Area (multiple clinic locations)
Practice Model: Dedicated Care (rostered family medicine)
Schedule: Minimum 3 days/week, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
On-Call: 1 week per year (minimal patient contact)
EMR: Accuro
Compensation: $300,000 – $800,000 annually (blended capitation model)
Responsibilities
- Provide continuous, relationship-focused care to a rostered patient panel
- Conduct 30-minute appointments with no volume targets
- Manage complex and chronic conditions with an emphasis on care continuity
- Collaborate with in-house specialists and allied health professionals
- Support preventative care, annual health assessments, and wellness planning
Qualifications
- CCFP certified or eligible
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Ontario
- Clinical experience (Locum or rostered practice)
- Comfortable managing complex and aging patient populations
- Committed to patient-centered, continuity-based care
- Not suitable for new graduates
