Join a major nuclear refurbishment program and lead the planning and scheduling function for a large-scale project.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development, maintenance, and reporting of the integrated project schedule.
- Coordinate planning activities across multiple project teams, disciplines, and contractors.
- Monitor schedule performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure contractor schedules are integrated into the overall project plan.
- Provide schedule analysis, forecasting, and reporting to project leadership.
- Support project controls, change management, and execution planning activities.
- Lead and mentor a team of planning and scheduling professionals.
- Drive continuous improvement in planning processes, tools, and reporting.
Qualifications
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
- Experience supporting nuclear refurbishment, maintenance, construction, or major capital projects, preferably within a CANDU environment.
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in planning, scheduling, project controls, or project management roles.
- Strong knowledge of project scheduling methodologies, risk management, and project controls.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, complex project environment.
Preferred Experience
- Large-scale nuclear or energy infrastructure projects.
- Managing integrated schedules involving multiple contractors and stakeholders.
- Leading planning and scheduling teams within highly regulated industries.
Pay: $100.00-$120.00 per hour
