Club Manager – Pre-Sales & Operations
Position Summary:
We are looking for an energetic, results-driven Club Manager to lead the pre-sales phase of our brand-new fitness club and transition into overseeing day-to-day club operations after opening. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in launching a new location, building a thriving membership base, and creating an exceptional member experience from day one.
The successful candidate is a strong leader who is passionate about fitness, excels at sales, and enjoys building relationships within the local community.
Key Responsibilities
Pre-Sales (Before Club Opening):
- Lead all pre-sale membership activities to achieve membership targets before opening.
- Generate and follow up on leads through phone calls, emails, text messages, and in-person appointments.
- Conduct membership consultations and close sales.
- Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations to generate referrals and partnerships.
- Plan and execute community outreach events, pop-up booths, and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate lead tracking and sales reporting.
- Assist with marketing initiatives and social media engagement in collaboration.
- Ensure the club is fully prepared for a successful grand opening.
Club Operations (After Opening):
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the club.
- Recruit, coach, schedule, and develop team members.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming club culture.
- Drive membership growth, retention, and ancillary revenue.
- Monitor club cleanliness, safety, and operational standards.
- Manage staffing, payroll, inventory, and club expenses.
- Resolve member concerns professionally and promptly.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement strategies to achieve business goals.
Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in fitness, retail, hospitality, or membership sales management.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Self-motivated with exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Position is full time. 40 hrs per week.

Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
