At our center, we see every child as unique and full of potential. We’re currently looking for a compassionate and enthusiastic Early Childhood Educator (Level 3) to join our team. This is a part-time position, with exciting opportunities to grow into a full-time role as our center continues to expand.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating and implementing fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities that support children’s development
- Building a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment where every child feels valued
- Supporting children’s social, emotional, and cognitive growth through play-based learning
- Developing strong, positive relationships with families and keeping them updated on their child’s progress
- Managing daily routines smoothly, including transitions, schedules, and classroom behavior
- Working closely with a supportive team of educators to enhance programming and share ideas
- Adapting activities to meet the needs of all children, including those with diverse learning needs
- Keeping simple and organized records of children’s development and daily activities
What We’re Looking For
- Experience working with children in a daycare or early learning setting
- A strong understanding of early childhood development and best practices
- A warm, patient, and team-oriented personality
- Strong communication skills with both children and adults
- Basic computer skills for documentation and communication
- Ability to stay organized and manage time in a busy, fun environment
- Experience with special needs or inclusive care is an asset
- Level 3 Early Childhood Certification
