We are looking to fill a Receptionist/Administrative Support position within our busy local RV Dealership. This is a Part Time Position for our Acheson, AB Dealership. Our ideal candidate will be hardworking, personable, and organized. Dealership and accounting experience are an asset. This position has the opportunity to advance into a full time position as an accounting assistant in the fall.
Responsibilities
- Run switchboard, greet guests, answer phone calls, and direct customers to the correct department
- Assist Sales, Finance, Accounting, Parts and Service with daily tasks
- Taking messages and managing company email
- Daily administrative and accounting tasks, such as: data entry, creating company posters, and various departmental tasks
- Organization of sales office and light cleaning duties
- General filing and organization of documents
- Ability to work Saturdays preferred
Skills Required
- Accounting student or recent graduate preferred
- Excellent proficiency of written and spoken English
- Previous reception/or customer service experience is required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Professional telephone manner and strong multitasking skills
- Works well in a fast pace environment and under pressure
- Positive team-oriented attitude
Shift Hours:
- 3 to 4 days per week, 9am to 5pm
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Acheson, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Experience:
- receptionist: 1 year (preferred)
