Vitafoam, a line of VPC Group Inc., is looking for 2 permanent full-time General Labor to support its manufacturing operation in Calgary, AB.
NIGHT SHIFT: Monday - Thursday 11:30pm - 7:00am, Friday 11:30pm - 9:30am
Salary: $18.30/hour + $0.40/hour shift premium
Responsibilities:
- Understand and adhere to health and safety policies and procedures
- Be ready to learn working on Machine. Be floater should be flexible to work on any work station.
- Assemble/adhere components to create finished products according to customer specifications and expected quality
- Must know how to use Measuring Tape and Tools
- Prepare products and orders for distribution
- Understand and adhere to on-time-delivery parameters
- Identify/implement process improvement ideas
- Must be able to lift/push/pull up to twenty three (23) kgs
Requirements:
- Fluency in English required
- Must have a reliable method of transportation
- Must have a positive attitude and value working well as an integral part of a team
- Must demonstrate an ability to learn quickly and apply learning in day to day processes
