Summary
We are seeking a Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our dedicated team at Chateau Victoria Hotel and Suites in Victoria. This role is vital in maintaining our high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, reflecting our commitment to excellence. Our Housekeeping department are extremely supportive and are team orientated. If you like to work in a fast-paced work environment and being physically active, then this may be the right role for you.
Responsibilities
- Thorough cleaning of assigned guest rooms.
- Organizing and stocking cleaning cart.
- Maintaining proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Reporting necessary maintenance items for repair to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Following all Health and Safety guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Requires good verbal and written communication skills
- Proven organization, communication and multi-tasking skills required.
- Ability to work independently and respond well to direction.
- Previous experience preferred.
- Customer Service an asset.
