· You’ll be an integral part of the team leading installation of eye catching landscapes and small projects
· You’ll be able to work and manage a safe environment where everyone has fun
· You’ll be trained on aspects of the job that you aren’t familiar with so you are comfortable

· You’ll be driving trucks and trailers

· You’ll be managing staff members and passing along your knowledge
- You have a minimum 2-3 years or more working in the Landscape Industry as CREW LEAD OR FOREMAN
- You have a strong horticultural experience or a Horticultural Certificate
- You have strong Carpentry experience including deck and fence installations
- You have strong interlocking brick experience – ICPI LEVEL 1 INSTALLER is an asset
- You have a Minimum 2 years of snow plow and commercial snow removal experience
- You have a valid G2 or G class license
- You have a clean driving record
- You have experience driving truck and trailers
- You have experience running Skid Steers, track loaders and excavators
- You have experience managing staff and developing staff
- You have experience interacting with clients and customer service
