Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Facility Director to join our team. The Care Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating care services for children in a classroom setting. This position requires a passion for caregiving and educating children.
Duties
- Develop and implement care plans for children in accordance with educational goals
- Monitor and assess children's progress and adjust care plans as needed
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for each child
- Provide guidance and support to caregivers and educators on best practices in childcare
- Maintain accurate records of children's care plans and progress
Qualifications
- Previous experience in caregiving or early childhood education is preferred
- Must have worked as a Child care facility director position for at least 2 years.
- Ability to educate and communicate effectively with children
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Certification or degree in early childhood education is a plus
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
